How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data in WorldTone
We respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use WorldTone, you can delete your account and associated personal data directly within the app. This process permanently removes your account and most associated data from our servers (except where we are legally required to retain certain information, such as for regulatory or fraud prevention purposes, which will be detailed in our Privacy Policy).
In-App Deletion Instructions (Recommended)
Open the WorldTone app on your device.
Log in to your account if you aren’t already.
Go to the Top Menu (in the upper right corner of the App).
Tap Delete Account (at the bottom of the menu).
Review the information about what data will be deleted and any consequences (e.g., loss of access to saved content or subscriptions).
Confirm your identity by entering your password.
Click the “Verify Password & Delete Account” to complete the deletion.
Your account deletion request will be processed within7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it’s complete. Note: If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it first through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to avoid further charges.
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer another method:
Send an email to support@worldtone.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Include your registered email address, username, and any other details to verify your identity.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.
