Welcome to WorldTone! Our platform connects people for 1-on-1 video chats (“Tones”) to share knowledge, build connections, and earn rewards. To keep WorldTone safe and enjoyable, all users—Hosts and Guests—must follow these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in a 3-day account freeze for the first offense and a permanent ban for repeat offenses, with immediate bans for adult content. Let’s make every Tone a great experience!
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect—no harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or any identity.
Keep conversations civil, even if you disagree.
2. No Illegal Activity
Don’t use WorldTone for anything illegal, including fraud, scams, threats, or soliciting unlawful acts.
Respect copyright—only share content you own or have rights to.
3. Keep It Appropriate
No Adult Content: Adult content—including nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation, or explicit acts—is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Avoid graphic violence, gore, or anything that could disturb others.
4. Stay Honest
Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent yourself (e.g., fake profiles).
Set fair expectations for Tones—deliver what you promise (e.g., expertise, time).
5. Protect Privacy
Don’t share someone else’s personal info (e.g., address, phone number) without consent.
All Tones are recorded for 7 days for safety and disputes—don’t misuse this (e.g., unauthorized sharing).
6. Use WorldTone as Intended
Don’t spam, bot, or exploit the platform (e.g., fake Tones to farm points).
Respect the point system—don’t manipulate transactions.
7. Report Issues
If something’s off (e.g., abuse, scam, adult content), use the “Report Chat” feature after a Tone. We’ll review the recording if needed.
False reports to harass others will also violate these guidelines.
Enforcement
How We Handle Violations:
All Tones are recorded and stored securely for 7 days. If a user submits a review request, we’ll check the recording against these guidelines.
Adult Content: Immediate permanent ban—no warnings or appeals.
Other Offenses:
First Offense: 3-day account freeze—no access to Tones or points.
Repeat Offense: Permanent ban—account terminated, no refunds.
Appeals: For non-adult content violations, email [support@worldtone.com (mailto:support@worldtone.com)] within 7 days of a freeze/ban with your case—we’ll review fairly. No appeals for adult content bans.

Hosts: Set clear Tone topics and prices—delight your Guests!
Guests: Be curious, respectful, and ready to connect.
Everyone: Have fun, share value, and build real connections.
Changes to Guidelines
We may update these rules—check back here or watch for app notifications. Your continued use means you agree to the latest version.
